Pulled up, opened the trunk and picked up the first 50lbs plus box and was surprised to find someone coming to help. He helped me with all 4 of the packages and getting them into the store. Luis then helped me scan the QR codes and print the receipts. I had accidentally selected the wrong product to return and he suggested we try Amazon customer service. He asked for my phone and quickly had a chat established with Amazon customer service. Luis was so very kind and resourceful. This level of customer service was truly remarkable. This UPS store has earned our business for life. Best UPS location ever.
