The supervisor will be calling me to get everything straightened out. The spelling of the street name usps had is incorrect. The only thing that's not so great is they don't answer the phone so you have to go there in person. You couldn't ask for nicer people when going in!!

Who can I speak to at this location to tell them how poorly they do business? Also had a part that I had ordered for my home, they shoved it into the mail box so tight we almost didnt get it out!! The part wasnt cheap, and luckily it wasnt damaged. Again VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
- CEchris ellisonDec 10, 20251.0Absolutely terrible customer service. I pad for shipping labels online. A QR code was not given. I could not print because my printer was out of ink. Both labels purchased through USPS. Take them to the counter and they say they cannot do anything without QR code....No, "hey, email it to us and we can print the labels." or any other resolution. I got " you could try to taking it to UPS and they might charge you a couple of bucks for it" ridiculous that in this day and age of technology the ONLY way to ship something is with a QR code!
