- EHElizabeth HeaneyApr 19, 20261.0Never again. I needed a document printed. I had the EXACT SAME document printed some weeks ago at the Merrimon UPS store. Merrimon store charge? $72 Weaverville store charge? $102!!! That's very nearly a FIFTY PERCENT price increase for the exact same task!! And the kicker? The paper quality was pathetic with the Weaverville job. Will not walk into that store again. That's nothing more than price gouging . . . (To the folks at Merrimon store? THANK YOU!) Head's up folks . . . buyer beware. ****************** And the owner's response completely avoids the point: charging 50% more than a nearby store. Sure, stores are independent and can charge whatever they want. But that kind of ridiculous increase? Will not spend another penny with this business. Will not support that kind of greed.

They charged more than 3x what we would normally pay. We feel TOTALLY RIPPED OFF. We reached out Broken Arch and they indicated that they have had many issues with location and now recommend another company. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this rip off location!

I waved to them and they ignored me. There was no snow or ice on the roads, there was none in the forecast, so this was not weather related.
