They leave our stuff at the end of the road even after asking for it to be delivered to our home. Very unprofessional!!!!!!! Who can I speak to at this location to tell them how poorly they do business? Also had a part that I had ordered for my home, they shoved it into the mail box so tight we almost didnt get it out!! The part wasnt cheap, and luckily it wasnt damaged. Again VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Absolutely terrible customer service. I pad for shipping labels online. A QR code was not given. I could not print because my printer was out of ink. Both labels purchased through USPS. Take them to the counter and they say they cannot do anything without QR code....No, "hey, email it to us and we can print the labels." or any other resolution. I got " you could try to taking it to UPS and they might charge you a couple of bucks for it" ridiculous that in this day and age of technology the ONLY way to ship something is with a QR code!

I am beyond furious with the level of negligence and dishonesty at this post office. My package was stolen, and the reason it was stolen is because my mail carrier handed it to two random women sitting in a vehicle outside my home — without asking for ID, a name, or any verification whatsoever. This isn’t speculation. This is what the mail carrier admitted to her manager. She literally told her supervisor that two women were waiting in a car, asked if the package was for my apartment number, she said yes, and she just handed it over. They drove off with my property. Despite this, the post office has repeatedly insisted the package was “delivered,” and every claim I’ve filed has been denied — twice. I am now on my final appeal, and the ONLY reason this has gone this far is because the woman at the Weaverville office refuses to report the truth about what their own employee admitted. Let me be extremely clear: A delivery scan is NOT a valid delivery if the carrier gave my property to strangers. This is theft, and the responsibility is on the postal employee who violated policy and basic common sense. I have already filed a formal complaint with the USPS Postal Service system, and I will continue escalating this until it reaches someone who actually takes accountability. If this office thinks I’m going to quietly let them cover up their employee’s misconduct, they’re mistaken. I expect this to be corrected, I expect my claim to be honored, and if necessary I will continue pushing this up the chain until every person responsible is held accountable for their actions and their cover-up. This situation is absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and unethical — and I will not let it be swept under the rug.

All of you need to count your blessings for having the service that these postal clerks provide at this location in Weaverville. I lived in Weaverville for 18 years and used this facility. The clerks are helpful, polite and provide services. I have moved to South Asheville and at 780 Hendersonville Road Post office, I needed help concerning my new address. The postal clerk (Noah) shoved the paper back to me and informed me that he could not help and didn't even offer and sent me off to another facility that does not usually deal with the public. It was a Shipping and Receiving facility. He informed me that he can only help with 1 specific zip code 28813 and not mine 28803. I live a short distance from this Post Office. Since when has the U.S. Post Office narrowed it down to 1 zip code? Anyway, Weaverville Post Office, thank you for all the good service you provided all those years. I may have to drive to you to get real service again. ❤️

DO NOT USE PRE LABLED DROP OFF AREA. WAIT IN LINE AND WATCH THEM PROCESS YOUR ITEMS. I run a small business. Very frequently I will drop off pre-labled packages in the designated drop off area. In the last couple months my packages are constantly not being scanned and marked as shipped after I drop them off. Sometimes they dont get scanned for days. I am dropping these off at like 11am, not right before close. This negatively affects my selling stats on the platform I sell on. In the last month, I have had 2 packages I dropped off just DISAPPEAR. Never scanned, never shipped. Had to refund my customers order. USPS won't even let me use the insurance I purchased because "I cant prove the packages were ever dropped off because they were never scannned in." Now im out $250 dollars of product, I am receiving poor reviews for my business, and my average shipping times (which are public on the platform I use) are being ruined.
