  I wouldn't come back to this place if it was the last one. Came in at 4:45pm to have a document notarized. Waited in line for 15 18 minutes and was told they stopped notorizing at 5pm. When I explained we were there before 5 and it wasn't our fault she had issues with her system the rude old lady cut me off saying we stop notorizing at 5! She really needs to rethink her career choice. She is rude and disrespectful!!!

  I’m very disappointed with this UPS location, especially the guy. That works there. A tall white guy. Very disrespectful. I came in there. Drove four hours away to pick up a delivery for somebody. I told him exactly what I was picking up for. And who I was picking up for, and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about, so I had to be more specific. Then the person called them, and he didn’t answer the phone and then he went and grab the signs for me. He give me an attitude it was cursing under his breath. I asked him. Where was the manager. I wanted to speak one. He said what is a manager? Then he told me there was no manager at that store Very disappointed with the customer Service. I received from the store. I will never again. Come back there. He deserves to be fired!!!

  Person I spoke to on the phone before I ordered prints gave me the wrong cost of laminations, I went ahead and ordered and was surprised by an expensive bill. I called to ask for a refund for the extra cost as I was mislead but the manager refused. A fine store otherwise but this was a bummer to me.

  The store itself is typically a good experience and most of the people who work there are kind and helpful. Their notary who works there on the other hand is shockingly miserable. Everytime I have to interact with her it's unpleasant and often rude. I will go out of my way to find alternative notary services.

  The employees are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The store is also very convenient to me and has ample parking. I prefer shipping with UPS over other carriers because UPS delivers to my doorstep, not to my mailbox.
