- MBMeg BalamutFeb 10, 20261.0** beware of Wendy at this location. If you have the pleasure of interacting with her, I highly suggest you cut it off and walk away. She actually sent the police to my house to do a welfare check. 😂 The level of immaturity it takes to waste resources like that is immeasurable. They've got some nasty folks working here. Must not be local. I had a package flagged as held at PO at customer request. Nope, I didn't request it. When I called to ask, the girl I spoke to was so rude I ended up hanging up on her. The carrier has almost ALWAYS brought packages to my door that didn't fit in the mailbox. I asked her why a note wasn't left on my mailbox or the carrier didn't bring it to my door? (1st floor condo.) I just got my mail like a week ago & I'm not missing any packages, nor has there been anything on my Informed Delivery. The rep said they never deliver to front doors. I said the carrier always has in the past, I see her on my doorbell camera coming to my unit & others to deliver so why not this time? The rep then got nasty with me so I disconnected the call. Sucks that these positions are federal & there's no accountability. Photo is of packages delivered to my door that same day. The day I was told they've never done that. My mailbox was even empty. Y'all's pants on fire 🔥🔥

He realized, I went back to PO, explained my issue. Riley, said no prob. Went out and got box, went thru it, got bills. Bought three stamps and mailed. Great job Riley! And kudos to the lady working next to you for working a bit short handed while Riley helped me.
- LDLindy DenissenSep 4, 20251.0How can USPS be so bad? You'd think they'd be universally trained, consistent with other USPSs. There are no pens/markers to use, and the Priority tape is hoarded/hidden unless you ask for it to tape up your Priority box and you get the stink eye (what am I supposed to do when they offer flat boxes? It has to be taped!!). No one said "hey, good afternoon, how can I help?", no greeting, no smiles even. Been to a hundred USPS and never left a review this bad or was treated so poorly. Someone should be reading this and retraining the staff!!
