Today I was told that I would have to wait until every single paying customer was handled until I would be helped. Usually, I'm assuming it wouldn't be that busy however today after waiting for the one cashier to ring up 3 "paying" customers and another 5 people in line and maybe whoever would jump in line would also be ahead of me. It was absurd to expect anyone to be treated like that . Yes, I'm calling Amazon to report you, but don't take on a contract for Amazon if you don't have the ability or the knowledge to handle it

One staff member was very rude and unprofessional because he's clearly does not want people doing Amazon returns in his store. I will never go into the store for any reason again
