When I went in to do an Amazon return, which I had already spoken to Amazon about the large item I was returning and was told I didn’t need a box or anything. I greeted the large tattooed bearded guy behind the counter only to get ignored and stared at like I was doing something wrong, says you got a box? I explained I was told I didn’t need one, he looked inconvenienced and says guess I’ll find one. Then very rudely says You got a QR code? I asked why he was being rude which he said he wasn’t. I didn’t engage any further but it was very upsetting being treated like that as a customer.
