She walked me through everything and kept great conversation going throughout. She even helped me pack and tape the official box designated for these situations. Best postal experience I’ve ever had. Lane should train the masses on compassionate customer service, and get a RAISE! Her patience and respectfulness was way above bar. She is a gem at this post office!
