- ADAmy DriverJul 6, 20251.0We moved June 2nd. I turned in a change of address for June 1st. I bought my car and was expecting the title that was mailed June 18th. I figured it was making its way through the change of address. When we didn't get it over two weeks later, we had our former neighbor check our old mailbox. It was full! The title plus two important insurance items for my husband were in the box. Totally unacceptable!
