Then when I come to her car tells me to open her back car door and get my packages out myself very unprofessional that is the Laziest thing I’ve ever seen any professional male carrier do

I figured it was making its way through the change of address. When we didn't get it over two weeks later, we had our former neighbor check our old mailbox. It was full! The title plus two important insurance items for my husband were in the box. Totally unacceptable!
