I contacted the store for assistance and the charge was ultimately refunded, which I appreciate. I also want to acknowledge the two young women who were working when I first arrived—they were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful, and their customer service was excellent. However, my interaction with the assistant manager was disappointing when I called about the charge. The conversation began in a condescending tone, which made an already stressful situation more difficult. It wasn’t until I highlighted his tone that the call improved. While I’m grateful the billing issue was corrected and appreciate the support from the staff who assisted me, I hope for more consistent professionalism and respectful communication from management. Needless to say, I won’t be returning in the future.
- CCCupcakeeApr 14, 20261.0I’m so disappointed with the service I received today this was my very first time printing off documents at staples by myself and I was so confused a guy who worked their just told me to use one of the self printing machines but I just was having a hard time navigating the machine it took a stranger who doesn’t work at the store to walk over and walk me step by step which was very kind of him because he doesn’t get paid to do their job. Their line was clear at the time I was asking for help but the employee didn’t bother to help me
