I get the majority of mail expected now, that is, if there is a decent carrier working that day. If there isn't, the carrier might deliver your mail to someone else's mailbox, as they don't check if they are going in the correct order. The postmaster responded that my carrier wasn't working that day. Well, who delivered the mail to the wrong mailboxes???? It didn't magically happen; a postal employee did that. So why not correct the problem with the employee who keeps making this mistake every week? They still get paid whether they perform the job correctly or not, so work ethic seems lacking as there are no consequences for all the errors. I will need to renew my passport and driver's license soon, and the last time these documents were delivered to addresses other than the ones I provided. So this is a huge security risk. I wish we could pay for a reliable company to deliver these important documents to us.

Come to post office on Thursday to find packages and they do not know where it is. Carrier says needed new address because address was not there. This post office has to be the worst in North Carolina and possibly the US. I despise coming here because the people up front could care less if you're helped or not. The manager I spoke to didn't help and wouldn't take responsibility.
