  I cannot say enough good things about this UPS Store and especially the store manager. I was in a difficult situation, needing 700 large funeral programs printed on very short notice—ordered on a Wednesday for a Saturday funeral that was out of town. While the initial quote was a bit more than I could afford, this was the only local store that carried the high-quality paper I wanted for my dad’s service. The manager was incredibly empathetic and understanding of both the time pressure and the circumstances. She went above and beyond—offering to print and hand-fold everything overnight, which saved me an extra trip to deliver programs to the church the day before the funeral. She also worked with me on the price by offering a discount on the higher-quality paper. She even offered to deliver the programs to my home, which speaks volumes about her kindness and customer care, but I felt that she'd already done enough. The programs were ready exactly as promised the next morning, and the quality exceeded expectations. So many people commented on how beautiful they were. During a very stressful and emotional time, this store delivered professionalism, compassion, and exceptional service. I am deeply grateful and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

  definitely stopping by here again! if anyone is returning spectrum equipment and practically WAITED ages in the line across the way, run to the ups store instead! the spectrum people will just tell you to go to the ups store anyway. i was helped excellently by a woman named Sujata. i was telling her how long i waited in the queue and she told me that she gets in several spectrum customers telling her the same thing. she walked me through the entire process (which was pretty simple) and told me to keep the return receipt on me til Spectrum updates my account (because you never know what these companies do to your billing accounts). Sujata was so professional and patient while i asked her billions of questions regarding my return. Definitely coming here again if I have any packages to ship or amazon returns to make!!

  Walked into this UPS store and was immediately welcomed with a warm “Good morning” from the owner herself. Sujata—the owner—was extremely helpful and provided me with excellent service and information on how I can send my package. She was patient and made sure everything on the shipment was spelled correctly and was going to the right zip code. Definitely coming back here more after this pleasant experience with Sujata!

  Ciera was THE MOST helpful UPS employee I have ever encountered. I was trying to return a recliner to Amazon (in pieces) and she went above and beyond trying to help me find a box to fit the multiple parts in. She was patient with me and the situation. She even helped me load the pieces into and out of the truck because I was alone. We weren't able to complete the return because they didn't have a big enough box but she went above and provided suggestions on where I could find a box big enough to ship it. Thank you so much for your help Ciera. (I apologize if I spelled your name wrong lol) I hope you're always here when I have shipping and packaging needs!

  Entered this UPS store to print off paperwork and it was the most awful experience I could’ve ever had to the Indian lady that works at the Front is absolutely rude. She took me. I asked to print off paperwork. She gave me the email to print off and then left me at the counter for five minutes while she helped other customers her associate decided to help me and print out my paperwork for me. The ladies then comes back and says The box is damaged that my daughter was playing with and I would need to pay for it. I said OK I don’t see it’s damaged but I’ll pay for it and I go to pay for the box and I say can I pay for this box since you said it’s damaged then she says it’s not damaged. I was just telling you if it’s damaged, you will need to pay for it She then proceeds to embarrass me in front of a store, full of customers about a box that isn’t damaged and that my daughter did not damage. It is the holiday season. Her attitude is disgusting. There was no need to say I will need to pay for something if it’s damaged if it is not damaged, I will never come back to the store and I hope no one else does.
