  There are several UPS store locations that I could go to, but I choose this location because the staff is always so pleasant and helpful.

  I arrived at 6:25 at night. I had a painting that I was trying to send out. I had tried myself to box it several times and it was a mess. The manager took one look at it and saw the cost of what it was going to send it up in the shape of my box. She said do you have time? I said I do. Even though it was closing at 6:30 she took the extra time to carefully repackage my package making it more secure, and more cost-effective to send it. She was so super helpful and friendly. I have always had great luck at this store because of the Customer Service. I will continue to use this UPS for all my needs because of the people and the care that they have for you and your packages I highly recommend this store

  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store to get my business cards. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. They made the entire process quick and stress-free and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. The store was clean, organized, and well-run. I truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

  Just now (2/14/26 around 3:30pm) I had a 48 lb box to return from Amazon, and unlike usual, it did not provide a QR code to scan, just the option to print or share a label. I had the item in my truck and had finally remembered to return it, so I was unprepared to print a label. I shared the label to the UPS Store, and the young lady helping me let me know there was a charge to print out the label, 1.08. This charge was nothing, but I had not understood why I didn't get a QR code, so I persisted in the Amazon app to try and generate one. After several attempts and cancellations of the return, me having signal issues with my carrier, and generally being quite frustrated with Amazon, she helped me realize Amazon was not giving me a QR code because it likely was a third party seller. I understood and then emailed the return label to her store (yet again! she was so patient). She printed it out, I got my card out, and she waived the fee. I was blown away at how patient and kind she was with how much time of hers I spent (wasted?) and then she waived the fee. Wow. Thank you, young lady at the UPS Store!

  I have visited the UPS Store on Capitol Blvd. Wake Forest several times last year and this year. The service is outstanding. I needed alot of copies and posters made. She got them done in a timely manner. The owner and staff always welcomed me with a warm and friendly smile.
