These people took my picture; three months later, instead of getting my passport, I got a letter stating my passport photo was unusable and I needed to send another. Three months wasted because I assumed the post office employees knew what they were doing...now my trip of a lifetime is in jeopardy because sending a good photo will delay my passport application and it may not arrive in time. Thanks for a massive inconvenience and possibly cancelled trip.
