- KMkim millerApr 18, 20231.0I experienced the worse customer service today by Mary at the Troutman post office. She was rude, condescending and only wanted to help customers she knew. The other employee had to go back and ask to her to assist with customers waiting. The other employee Tonya was amazing and went out of her way to help customers. Unfortunately after what I experienced today I will gladly drive to the Mooresville post office as they know what customer service means.
