- AAAaronFeb 24, 20265.0I Ended up visiting the Troutman post office two times today. The first visit was very pleasant a very helpful attendant even held the door for me because I had a big package. The second visit I had to deal with a different person and she sent me to Statesville said she could not process my package. Said it had to be done in Statesville. It was just a return to sender. As it turns out apparently she just didn't want to process the package. The women in Statesville are very nice and knowledgeable told me the package could be processed anywhere.

I should get a paycheck from the US postal service for constantly having to deliver mail to my neighbors because I am constantly having to bring them their mail that was in my mailbox. I never seem to be able to find my mail. I received an email that my package was delivered to my mailbox but it wasn’t there. This has been going on for too long and I’m tired of it. I would like someone to contact me and to find my package again. This is not the first time this has happened.
