Once they even said they can't access my mailbox because they don't have a code yet they could still put my mail in the box. There is no code. And it's the largest private mailbox you can have. They said they were holding my mail at the post office but when I go to get it they say it must be with the carrier but the carrier hasn't delivered it. I am not satisfied at all with this service the only reason they're getting two stars is because I have a wonderful mail lady but I don't think she's been working the last week or so. Do better Thomasville post office
