We were waiting on a bed rail for my mom who is getting out of rehab Monday and now she won’t be able to get herself out of bed. Spoke to the postmaster and was told that they would talk to him but nothing has been done about it. Update: same issue keeps occurring. Would take away the one star if it would let me.

I dont know what's got into the USPS since covid but its time to get act together. With them stamp prices going up maybe you can pay individuals back for things they purchase and not receive. Last I looked thats stealing. Always was told its a federal offense to mess with someone's mail. Does that hold the USPS accountable also?
- APAlison PopeJun 24, 20251.0Husband got here at 454 was waiting in line and the lady said she is leaving, and he was late to the draw she will get him at 8 in the morning. Sign on door says service in 5 minutes or less. Another sign says open until 5, if you cannot work until the time on the door please find another job. I have worked in roles of customer service and you do not close the doors until that time. If you see a customer running to the door a minute before close you greet them kindly and help them. Where is your sense of service? A lot of people do not get off work until 430 have compassion for others
- BLBrandy LampeOct 1, 20161.0We have lived at our current address for a year now and I can't even begin to count the number of times that I have had to call in to the office about not getting mail or getting the wrong mail. The Post Office has even put a sticker in our mailbox to remind the carriers to double check the address for accuracy. My water was shut off when we first moved in due to us never receiving the bill in the mail. Now a year later I'm waiting on a car title and instead get medication for someone else at a different address. Heaven forbid it's a medical necessity since I was out of town for a week and have no idea how long it's been in there. I call the office to report the issue once again and he acts like it's no big deal!! This is absolutely ridiculous!!
