- CDCharla DonatelliDec 13, 20251.0Constantly getting packages marked as delivered when they have not been delivered. Recently 2 mailers were delivered CUT OPEN and all of the contents are stolen. I highly suspect someone from this post office stole these items. I don’t trust them at all. Make sure you have insurance on anything you mail through this post office.

Most are unwilling to help! They are very dumb! They would say stupid stuff just to drive customers away! This facility is a disgrace to the company!! Update: I went to the post office to claim my package. A blonde and brunette clerks were so aggressive. I asked why do drivers keep on lying on the delivery status. It has been an ongoing thing. They said they don't know about it as they are just clerks. I asked if don't they operate as one. The blonde even gave me an analogy about Walmart in a sarcastic manner! The employees in this location are extremely rude and obnoxious.

The larger fellow specifically seems to intentionally disrupt the flow of people getting their packages in a spiteful manner. I had a small package and we have an obvious parcel locker that was empty. They returned it back to post office because wouldn’t fit in mailbox. I went in to retrieve it and they didn’t give it to me. They must have “misplaced” it.
