- RLRebecca LedfordJul 5, 20254.0Had a PO box there for a few years before Helene, because my neighborhood has had mail theives for decades. Loved the staff, loved the convenience. Now, though since we have to go to Merrimon avenue to pick up, I'm not getting much mail. I'm assuming it's getting held up at some choke point, because even my informed delivery rarely pings me with anything other than USPS propaganda. Going to close my PO box and reroute my mail to my work office. Pain to change the address in so many places, but at almost $200 a year for a box that I may never have direct convenient access to again, it only makes sense. I'll miss seeing the staff, and hope they get resituated soon.

- LPLarry PiersonApr 14, 20185.0They do what they do and I have always gotten good customer service at the Swannanoa PO. Never a problem for parking there as it is a huge lot but people frequently try to park in the fire lane. Easy drop off to with the box in the lot.
- KFKacy FairJul 9, 20171.0If I could give this place less than one star I absolutely would. They are absolutely the worst at delivering packages. My house is clearly marked and visible from the road, yet somehow, every package I order receives the same error, saying they could not leave the package at the front door. Anything that is shaped like a credit card, I never receive either! Then it will take them 20 minutes to track down your package in the back room because none of them at the actual office ever seem to be in any sort of hurry. I try my hardest not to have anything shipped through the postal service due to THIS horrible place.
