- LCL CApr 13, 20212.0Don't get a PO Box here. Nice staff that seem to care, but the organization is lacking. Twice my packages have been misplaced. Once, it was placed in a wrong PO Box several months ago, the person working there located it and got it to me right away. The second time, I have a package that was reported as 'arrived at post office' on the tracking. It was never marked as delivered but I was sure that if I went to the counter and asked for my package it would be right there. Unfortunately, nobody was able to find it. I went back the next day, and waited 15 minutes at the counter while they scrambled to find it. They finally sent me away saying they'll let me know when/if they find it. I don't have much confidence in the USPS as I have had issues with lost packages in the past that never got resolved. This experience certainly didn't help.

My house is clearly marked and visible from the road, yet somehow, every package I order receives the same error, saying they could not leave the package at the front door. Anything that is shaped like a credit card, I never receive either! Then it will take them 20 minutes to track down your package in the back room because none of them at the actual office ever seem to be in any sort of hurry. I try my hardest not to have anything shipped through the postal service due to THIS horrible place.
