Mailed a certificate letter this morning and it went out in the mail truck to get delivered 5.4 miles away. I tracked it and it says that “we could not access the delivery location”. What a bunch of BS. There is nothing obstructing that mail box. Needed this delivered immediately.

Absolutely no customer service skills! 🤯 Leaves customers waiting on line just to go sit behind a desk.

Before we took residence of the strip building located on Hwy 158. 7251 US Hwy 158 Suite A, Stokesdale, NC. I explained that I worked with a Business and we would be occupying the building in Suite A for a temporary assignment. They didn’t have the information but said they would check with the local carrier and call back. On the call back it was explained to me that there was a box onsite, where the box was located, and that we could/were to use that box while we were occupying the building. Up to today, there have been no issues with the mail service. There are other occupants in Suite C at this time. We are sharing the box/responsibilities with no issues. Until today. There was a note, no identifying information or name, just a “Nasty” note explaining how we HAVE to put up a mailbox for this address. I called and spoke to someone at the Stokesdale PO. I asked for the “Postmaster”, the lady who answered the phone stated that she was the Postmaster. I was not convinced, however I did explain the issue. She said she would speak to the carriers and work everything out. Today at approximately 2:15 pm I received a phone call, on my PERSONAL cell phone. A “Nasty” lady with an attitude saying she was the carrier on this route. She was MORE concerned about the fact that “SHE wasn’t getting paid” to deliver mail here. When I informed her of the occupants in Suite C, who did NOT receive her nasty gram, are getting mail. She “argued” with me. But I KNOW for a fact they get mail at Suite C, because I have been handing their power bill off to them. I am generally the one who checks the mail on a regular basis. There is NO reason why for no more than 10 wks remaining to occupy this address, that we HAVE to put up a box. By the time the carrier will get “Credit” for another “Box” to service, we will be long gone. The box does not say or specify what Suite it is servicing. The carrier has NO problem putting bulk, third class, “Junk” mail in the box for ALL of the suites in this building. I am insulted with the treatment of this Carrier, the lack of customer service, unwillingness to serve the customer. If there was going to be an issue with the delivery and box service at this address, I feel that it should have been worked out BEFORE we took occupancy. I did my due diligence ahead of time before we took residence. This short term occupancy is NOT worth this headache and as I explained to the negative unprofessional carrier, we don’t have the time or man power to run to the local post office for the little bit of mail we do get. I am generally the only one in the office daily as the guys all work in the field. There is no one available to “watch” the office for me to go to the post office nor do I “Leave” for lunch daily. The carrier was “Quick” to say I could go get the mail myself on MY lunch break.
