- DBDanyelle BakerJul 17, 20251.0The only time I have to send packages is before work. They say they open at 8:15, but every time I come, they don’t answer the door. I ring the doorbell. They don’t answer it and I hear them back there moving packages around if you don’t open at 8:15 don’t put that on the door and on the website yesterday when I came at 8:15 there was a line waiting for them. I had to leave because at 8:30 they still didn’t open the door so I came back this morning no answer again.

Not only was the door locked when it said retail service was supposed to be open, but I was told to just put my change of address in the mailbox, unverified, directly going against the online procedures listed by USPS. I was told they were too busy because it's the day after a holiday.

Speeding down a dead end residential street while kids are playing yelling, swearing, and taking pictures of my kids and my neighbors child. Refused to delete the pictures and was laughing. I wont stop calling, emailing, and going into the post office until she is fired. I have a video and everything.

Got another pink slip in the mail this week that states, no secure place to leave the package. Well I am home all day, so what is the issue. No other delivery carrier has an issue. Especially with covid , people are ordering to stay out of the public for a reason. She is putting customers and the Autryville post office Clerk at unnecessary risks. The post master needs to do something about it. She is the lady with a foreign accent and I think it may be German. Everyone in our neighborhood and surrounding rds are upset, but cannot take off of work to go speak to the post master in stedman.
