It’s frustrating when you’re expecting important items and can’t rely on a consistent delivery time. I understand delays happen, but this has been happening too often. Definitely not happy with the service right now.

I don’t understand how I gave them seven different forms of paperwork and identification that they needed, and they still printed it out wrong I am very upset. I was supposed to fly out in three days

We should demend better service or not go there...I will be at next town meeting. the manager of the place, this rude guy was help and its a crazy to have a complainr=t but have to go thru who your complaning about. its not right. worst place
