This is my go to store to return items because it is close. My husband and I went in to return an item that had been delivered by Amazon earlier that morning literally in the ninja foodie box that it came in. Item was defective so I turned around and did a return. Followed directions, peeled off any labels etc…. The lady at the ups store said this wasn’t the original box it was shipped in. I said yes it was we just got it this morning. She said well I don’t see where the label was. I showed her where it was and that I took it off as per instructions. You could see the one label that didn’t fully come off. She said there isn’t any sign of the label and I said ma’am, this is the box it was delivered in. She kept saying no it wasn’t. I was getting pissed and asked her If she was calling me a liar? She was adamant that it wasn’t the original box. My husband chimes in and Says “we have video”. Oh yes we have video from the delivery on our camera!!! Don’t ya know I zoomed in to show her the box and lo and behold it says ninja foodie on it!!! I said wow ma’am, do you want to continue to call me a liar now! Let’s just say she printed the label and we were in our way. Shame on her for calling me a Liar over a damn box. You need some customer service classes. Everyone else there has been very kind and helpful.

I’ve visited the UPS Store on Broad St several times, and the manager (an Indian woman whose name I unfortunately don’t know) has consistently been extremely rude. This last visit was by far the worst. Her attitude and lack of professionalism made the experience very unpleasant, and it’s disappointing to be treated that way as a returning customer. I hope this issue is addressed so other customers don’t have the same experience.

The owner from India is so rude.... I dropped off two packages with 2 different return scan bars. The employee made mistake and place two onto one only. I tryed to call and speak to them about it so they could correct it and she wouldnt even take the reference number and tried to tell me it was my problem in a nasty rude voice and attitude. And that they were not responsible. I tryed to tell her politely that I believe that there is a communication error and tried to reexplain it to her but she cut me off and she told me there was no error and that she understood. An She threw the problem at Amazon and told me to contact them. Now i have to explain it to amazon and stay on hold for an hour to reach someone. And let them know that there as an error. And now my return is going to take even longer to process. This woman at the UPS Store was so nasty and rude over the phone. I will be complaing and filing a grievance against them with corporate.

Update- I sent an email (a week ago yesterday) with my concerns to the email listed in the reply from the UPS Store below. It has gone unanswered. The UPS store's response below did not address my issue, answer my questions, and contained wrong information (that Amazon only offers free returns with no box and no label). My email contained images of my instructions per Amazon to box my item up in a box with no labels. Unprofessional and shady at best!!
I am still perplexed by my visit today. I brought in an Amazon return in a LABEL/LOGO FREE cardboard box, per the exact instructions on my Amazon app. The lady behind the counter said that the box wasn’t acceptable, that I needed to return the package in the Amazon box that it was shipped in. I explained that this was the box it was shipped in. She proceeded to say it was not because it would have a label. I explained that the Amazon instructions said to remove any labels, which I did. She said, no, this isn’t the box it was shipped in, so basically she called me a liar. I explained again, yes, it was, that I had removed the shipping label 30 min before coming into the store. She said, no, it’s not the box it was shipped in because she would be able to see where the label was. Luckily, there was the smallest piece of the white shipping label left behind. She huffed and said, “Don’t bring another Amazon box in without the label. Do not remove the previous shipping label.” This goes directly against Amazon’s return instructions. I don’t understand what the problem was? Did she just want to make a sale of a UPS shipping box? It is frustrating to follow Amazon’s instructions perfectly only to arrive to UPS for them to have their own instructions. The customer service rep was not friendly and did nothing to explain what the issue was with the shipping box I brought in. This is the same woman that I see other negative reviews about. After seeing this seems to be a common problem and after my own experience today, I will avoid this location in the future.
