  Since no one will answer the phone and give me any info when I go to the store or give me the managers number. As far as I know someone has stolen both of my iPhones that were supposed to go back to spectrum or they are lost somewhere. So if anyone in management/owner wants to call me so we can resolve the issue and figure out where my package is and show me the security footage from that day and give me my shipping slip bc I was never given one then I’ll take down my comment.

  After waiting in line for notary services, asked to step aside while serving more customers until the notary line filled up. Staff was rude and indifferent. I won't be back.

  This place scams you out of money and are so disrespectful to the customers. They charge extra just because they are a franchise and make their own rules and act like they are UPS policies! They will make you buy envelopes and brown wrapping paper from them when you already have your stuff wrapped in brown paper. They will argue with you on how you send Amazon stuff back when clearly Amazon does not require a box or label! Its too bad this is the only UPS store in Statesville

  I had a disappointing experience with customer service at this location. Staff made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them while completing a routine Amazon return. Unfortunately, my returns were incorrectly labeled, which resulted in items being shipped to the wrong destinations. I later received an email from Amazon indicating that one item was not received, while three unexpected items were. As a result of this error, I am now being charged for an item I properly returned—a pair of shoes valued at over $100—that never reached its intended destination. When I raised the issue, this UPS Store location did not take responsibility for the error or offer a meaningful resolution besides "just reach out to Amazon Customer Service". While I understand that new employees require training and patience from the customer—which I provided—the new female employee assisting me appeared visibly frustrated and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Overall, the experience lacked accountability and basic customer service standards.

  The holidays are a hard time. I’m sure it’s hard for a lot of other reasons too. But the main lady at the front is super rude and I think she’s the only notary. The notary is super slow/even when it gets busy around lunch.
