    Manager and employees were of no assistance. Had a simple task to print some address labels and nobody knew which labeling format they are using. How does Staple printing services not know anything about their address label format? Ridiculous. Does that make any sense?? Wasted $8 using their computer to try to match the 22 label sheet they gave me that they use. Nothing matched this when mail merging in Office. Ended up buying Avery Sheets of labels to try myself. What a waste...nothing professional about their printing services. What do they tell customers that want to get address labels printed? Just guess which format and size labels they use? Why can't their printing services change their format to match the customer's need? I used the standard format under the Staples option choice when mail merging in Windows Office from my mailing list, but that was incorrect from the 22 label sheet they were using. Manager and employee did not offer any recommendations or assistance in this matter. Little old lady in line there tried to assist me, but she knew less than they did when it came to formats. But at least she tried. Edit: For those that also need to print out your elderly mom's contact list for Christmas gifts, and she has A LOT of friends/contacts, Avery's website has streamlined this process. Just have them print and mail your labels from a CSV format of your contact list. Easy. Their online services are super easy to navigate.

    Went to get some legal docs copied and the guy behind the counter was so rude. He didn’t want to be bothered so I ended up leaving. If I could give them a zero I would. Do better Staples!

    Staples in Statesville always makes sure you have the help needed. We have purchased our electronics from them. So much easier than Best Buy who never has anything in stock.
