- ANAmanda NoelleOct 1, 20251.0I usually don't do this, but this was the worst customer service experience. I had to wait behind a woman holding up the line for 10 minutes who was talking on the phone while the cashier lady just stood on her phone and wasn't helping the line of people forming. This was my first time shipping with FedEx and I was having issues with my QR code and printer, which was being extremely complicated for absolutely no reason. When I finally got to the counter, the cashier woman ripped the paper off my package because she said I wasn't allowed, but then rejected the package because it was in a shoebox, wasting my resources and time. Now I have to refund my client's purchase because I can't get the package to send without spending over 20 dollars on the materials they want me to use. I will NEVER use FedEx again. Save your time, money, and energy and ship with USPS or UPS.

My house number is in plain site on my house they only need to come down drive one more house. They are the only ones who can’t get my delivery to my house, haven’t had this problem with UPS

I have a sign on my back door to deliver to the front door where it will be out of the rain and they still deliver items to the back door and don't even ring the door bell. The most recent is they delivered my package to a wrong address. I have spent 3 hours tracking down my package and still do not have it. UNREAL! I am asking all my shippers to please do not use FedEx to send my packages.
