I have called the Post Office twice stating it was not delivered and needed to know where my package was and when it would be delivered. The lady I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was unable to help and stated she could not contact the mail carrier on their cell phone to confirm delivery at the correct address which then she hung up on me. I am currently on the phone with corporate to make a formal complaint.
