I decided to make an appointment at this location for our passport applications, every other location was booked up until AFTER our trip. Even though it was a drive for sure, it was most definitely worth it! Megan and Amanda were so incredibly nice and welcoming! Megan was very informative and made sure all of our questions were answered and that we had the proper documents for our app. They were both so helpful and made a situation I was stressed about so calming and really easy! Thank you!!!

Somehow I have the feeling the reviews were written by people who are either very touchy or confused. I had horrible experiences with my old post office of Oakhaven - was hung up on and treated rudely and so on - but nothing remotely like that has happened here. The postmaster is a kind lady and she helped me when I was having trouble understanding something regarding change of address forms and also ensured that my packages were treated with care and got to the house on time when there was a difficulty with the sender. All my mail gets here on time, nothing gets lost, and this is poles apart from the post office in North Charlotte.
