Went to the Spindale UPS store today to return the same box and was told by the kid looking associate at the register they would have to charge me over a dollar to tape a box closed because they don’t consider it “packaged” even though it was in the box that was delivered to my home and needed taped shut. This obviously isn’t a company wide policy or not enforced. I will go out of my way to use other UPS stores for all of my shipping or printing needs as a business owner. It’s not even the amount the that you want to charge me to tape a box closed.

Everyone at the location did an amazing job tracking it down, following up and keeping me informed as to the status. I am so thankful to all employees but especially Parker for finding the package and getting it to me! I know it was a team effort. Thank you all!
