Every employee I have encountered here is very rude. I will not be returning to this post office. This office desperately needs better employees.

Cannot locate a phone number. The only way to speak with someone is to drive to the post office which is ridiculous for modern times. Instead of inundating the PO with people in line it would be nice to make a brief call to take care of business quickly. I do not know why the direct phone numbers are top secret.

Southport usps is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. Get it together people. It’s not that hard to deliver the right package to the correct address especially considering the technology that is now used to do it. You’ve delivered my packages to the wrong address twice now and then throw your hands up and basically tell me “oh well”. Unacceptable. My address is clearly posted on my mailbox and on the house. No excuse for this.

Could not get to speak to anyone - horrible customer service by our federal post office organization! Top management should be replaced !!!
