- MJMarcus JamisonJan 27, 20261.0Absolutely unacceptable service from my letter carrier. 5 times in 4 months, I have had to go to the Post Office, because the letter carrier is obviously to busy or too lazy to get out of their vehicle and put a package on my porch. This has caused me to have a problem with my Social Security Disability checks, my VA medication, and gifts for my grandchildren. Somebody in upper administration really needs to step up and handle this..... I'm not normally a petty or spiteful person , but this is getting absolutely ridiculous.

Instead of inundating the PO with people in line it would be nice to make a brief call to take care of business quickly. I do not know why the direct phone numbers are top secret.
