When I finally just need to drop of my box, there was visibly no space were I was told to leave it, several associates saw and nobody did anything about it. Won't be coming back.

Terminal: POS27500 DATE: 11/1/25 I mailed a small package - 1 lb. 5 oz I was charged $19.78 - ridiculous! It was only 1 lb. I have sent a similar item in the past through you all as mail too, and that was like $6. Something is not correct with almost $20 for 1 lb. I want a partial refund because this amount can NOT be correct. The package was being mailed to Morehead City from Southern Pines.
- OOOlgaNov 29, 20251.0I bought 100 stamps and I was charged .95 cents per stamp. At the time I was not aware how much a stamp cost. Two days later I found out that one stamp cost .78 cents. I went back to the store and told them I was incorrectly charged. The response from the person at the counter was, we told you how much it was and you paid it. We don’t give refunds on stamps. And we can charge whatever price we want. Don’t throw your money away at the UPS Store.. Go to the Post Office where they WILL NOT rip you off. Imagine how much they are ripping you off in all the other services they provide? Don’t patronize a business that is more concerned for their profit, than being fair to their customers.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the staff just make things happen. I even stopped going to the post office in town because they are that rude. This UPS store rocks!
