I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the staff just make things happen. I even stopped going to the post office in town because they are that rude. This UPS store rocks!
- HHHeathOct 11, 20255.0This is the best UPS I have ever been to. I've talked to several of the employees multiple times and every day they are kind, funny, engaging, and knowledgeable. They always make my day whenever I go. Plus they work fast! Even if the line is out the door you're out of there in 5mins. My mom and my kid both always want to go with me to see their favorite people. You won't find more genuine people anywhere! The two I want to call out specifically are Marcus and ( the older woman with grandkids who for some reason im blanking on her name my goodness (if the owner sees this, can you tell me her name ? Lol)). She is so sweet and funny and I guarantee you will love her.
- BHB HOct 7, 20251.0I was parked on the side of the road where I was not in the way & A UPS truck came byside & The driver(who was a girl)&I put my hand out to let her know that she can pass me &she got; very mad& very rude& Said to me"you do not have to let me know that I can pass when I am already passing you"& Drove Away UPS Should not allow workers to talk to customers like that bc it was very unprofessional& Mean& Rude to talk to me that way I realize people have bad days but it still should not not hv happened!!&it's Sad to!!😭👎🙏 Update UPS just responded & said they are not responsible for the UPS drivers so that means they don't care about the Customer's when the Associate has a mean& Disrespectful Attitude!! That is very sad to!! 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃 👎👎👎👎👎👎
