- DRDev ReneeDec 26, 20251.0Basically told me I'm screwed can't get anything in the mail because they wont change my address, people are stealing my mail so I can't recieve my ID or ebt card, I had a front and back picture, I have my birth certificate, everything to prove the photo on my phone front and back fully able to see caus either use the pictures for instacart and Uber eats for my driver profile. I have tried receiving a new ID through the mail to get it and of course can't get it. So now 3 ebt cards have been stolen in the mail my change of address was a waste of money and no one is willing to help. So what's the point of USPS if I cant recieve my mail or get my ID to be able to recieve my mail cause its a catch 22. So awesome I am screwed, can't even get a job without my ID, can't get anything through social service without my ID, but yet I cant recieve my ID because they keep forwarding it where they are withholding my mail from me!

Package was delivered at end of driveway in the pouring rain. No bag to protect it. Box is soaked. What kind of service is that? How would you feel if something you purchased was just left out in the rain?
