- CWCelisa WoodwardJul 17, 20251.0Delivery to home address keeps getting denied. Everything sent to the house is returned to sender and the post office reports it as undeliverable. We’ve been into the local post office several times and they say it should be delivered. They say they’ve spoken to the mailman but he still keeps sending everything back. There’s a mailbox and the porch is accessible for package deliveries so no reason for it to be returned for several months.

Sent out a Father’s Day gift card on June 10th, 2025 with a Home Depot gift card inside standard postage (learned from my mistake), and my dad never got it. The likelihood of this place either losing it, sending it to the wrong place, or stealing it is very high after all the other issues we’ve had. It’s been well over a month and it’ll probably never be reconciled. Filed a claim, of course their website is always crashing too.
