I scheduled a pickup for mail yesterday because I run my business out of my home and had a couple hundred pounds of mail to go out. Not ONLY did they NOT show for the pick-up, they sent a confirmation e-mail showing the pick-up was complete!! I sat here waiting ALL day for them to show just to give up at 6pm and check my email and there was my "confirmation" that the carrier had picked up...and the NEVER SHOWED! It's Saturday and now I have to wait until Monday for my orders to go out. It's not going to kill anyone, but can they at LEAST DO THEIR JOB if they are going to charge us more and more for it??
