- BGBarbara GehlJan 23, 20261.0Primo never fails to disappoint! IF you can find a working refill station in your ENTIRE TOWN, it will most likely not be working well. This one took 13 minutes and 13 seconds to refill a 5 gallon bottle. I had 7 bottles with me but chose to stop after 2. If I didn't need it so badly, I would've quit after the 1. But that's the thing about water, it's kind of essential for life!!! Thanks Primo for once again hijacking my day and sending me on a never-ending sidequest for water. And no, there weren't any prefilled bottles available for exchange. Not a one. 😡
- BGBarbara GehlMay 17, 20251.0Isn't working again. Breaks down daily for the past 3 years. Customer service said to unplug it and wait awhile, then try plugging it back in, and sometimes that fixers it.
