- PCPolly ChienDec 7, 20213.0There were not that many people in the office but she let other people cut in before me and those people took forever to have their packages shipped. I only asked for a priority envelope and I have everything else, including the priority shipping label ready. It would only take a few seconds to put things into the envelope and put the label sticker on. But she didn't handle my stuff directly; instead she handled another newly came-in customer's packages, which kept me there for another 10-15 min extra wait time. Yes she was nice and courteous to other customers. But when it's my turn, she was cold and didn't mention anything as to the delivery date nor the tracking number. Don't know why she has attitude toward people in a discriminatory way. I felt being unfairly treated in this USPS office.

When I have questions, she always knows what the best and most cost effective shipping is for my postal needs. She always has a smile for her customers no matter how busy she is. Missy is one of very very few Reps. that puts her customers first!!! **Want to make sure to point out that I do not know Missy personally!! Also, I rarely write/provide reviews, except on the rare occasion when I am Blessed to have met Missy. Simpson Post Office may be out of my way at times but that is my #1 Post Office that I will continue to choose**
