- KSK SNov 15, 20255.0I have been going to the Siler City post office for 7 years dropping off packages for my online business. The staff is always fantastic. They are friendly and professional. They always take great care of my packages. Today Octavio stopped by because I had 2 packages (same label, not allowed) going to the same person, my mistake. I then noticed I had an email from Tina as well. Octavio went out of his way to stop by to check on the label situation. Tina went out of her way to find my email and email me. Octavio said they know I am always careful about my labels - not this time guys, so sorry! The staff at this post office really do go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I have always been pleased with their great service! Thank you so much guys!!!!
- HHHintvisionJun 5, 20243.0The workers here are Extremely professional, courteous and helpful only issue I have is for sometime periodically my mail is “marked as delivered/w tracking number” and NEVER AT MY EXACT HOUSE. I have the actual usps corporate finally FINALLY LOOKING INTO IT TO GIVE ME AN INSIGHT OF WHATS HAPPENING, the post master says his carrier says they delivered it but it’s never at my door I have cameras my neighbors aren’t stealing it so maybe it’s the delivery driver and finally I have usps corporate looking into it after this week I will no longer have packages come to me until they get they stuff right
