I have been going to the Siler City post office for 7 years dropping off packages for my online business. The staff is always fantastic. They are friendly and professional. They always take great care of my packages. Today Octavio stopped by because I had 2 packages (same label, not allowed) going to the same person, my mistake. I then noticed I had an email from Tina as well. Octavio went out of his way to stop by to check on the label situation. Tina went out of her way to find my email and email me. Octavio said they know I am always careful about my labels - not this time guys, so sorry! The staff at this post office really do go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I have always been pleased with their great service! Thank you so much guys!!!!

El correo q pasa dejando paqetes en siler city no es buen repartidor siempre me rompe las cosas por q lo deja dentro de el buzon ala fuerza y rompe mi pedido estoy cansada de esto abian otros q se bajaban y lo dejaban en las escaleras ho frente tu casa ho minimo te pitaban para q tu fueras por el paqete pero este no este te rompe tu pedido 😡😡😡😡

My personal experience, she is very good at what she does. And whoever has to delivery at times, when my regular girl can't. Are friendly ,curtious and considerate to me. I live in a village, so mail is all in one place. I personally try to keep the area clean of debris so there is no obsticals in her way. I appreciate what they do. Thank you.

I love the postal workers here. They are so friendly both when delivering to my house (extra friendly and helpful) and at the post office. I have never experienced a problem. Best postal experience compared to any locations I have lived in the past.
