  I had a wonderful experience at the UPS store the ladies who work there were extra extraordinarily patient with me Skyla Who helped me specifically went out of her way to make sure that I had everything I needed great store great employees.

  The store associates are always extremely helpful and friendly. Today I was actually shipping a package and they gave me options on pricing to help me save money.

  I shipped out vehicle title to Michigan from this store, to the buyer on January 21. After 8 days of not receiving it, we checked the tracking number and all it says was label created, nothing more. I called this store, and spoke to the store manager, Stephanie. She said they will look into it, do a search and will get back with us. She also said they will open a case and provided me with a case number. Now a week later, still nothing. Yesterday she emailed and said the have exhausted all their options and that I should call UPS directly with a 1800 number she provided. After being on the phone for over an hour, the conclusion from them was there was no case ever created, and the case number Stephanie provided me with did not exist in their system, and by the tracking number, it had never left the store from what they can tell. Long story short, the store lost this in house, and was covering up wasting my time for the last week, instead of admitting their negligence. I have forwarded all my emails to a corporate email which I was provided with yesterday to put a complaint in about this location. Stay away from this UPS store location, especially if you are sending out important documents.

  This team is amazing. Always so helpful, even when it's a situation that is not necessarily on their shoulders, they still go above and beyond to help. I read the 1 Star reviews and am happy to know they were almost all from the first team that opened the store. I suppose they were all still learning. The team they have now, always nice, always friendly, they love to give each customer a great experience while trying to he as quick and efficient as possible for those of us who have to rush through our day. Thank you all Andrea, Keith, Stefani, Skyla, Kevin, Joe, and Lana! Keep up the great work and we will be back soon for more printing and shipping orders!

  My husband paid $6 to hold his package (iPhone), and when he went in to get his package they had given it away to some stranger. The random man said my husbands name, and the UPS employee handed over the phone without checking for ID. The manager admits to doing so, but refuses to help us and/or pay for the phone.
