My mailbox has been left open, packages have been shoved in and damaged, packages have been thrown everywhere but my front porch, tonight I get home and it's on top of my mailbox. I've already had to report this in January.

I sent in a complaint of my letter carrier for speeding last month and the Shelby post office decided to suspend my mail for submitting a complaint, with out even giving a notice of the suspension. After about a week and a half I went in to the post office to see why my mail was not being delivered. they stated "the mail man feels threaten by me" even tho i have never done anything unprofessional to him. just a wave or have a nice day. It's been well past 30 days and I still do not get my mail delivered. I sent in another complaint about the post office about not delivering my my at all. That's when Jessica decided to give me a call and provide no resolution to my issue then just decided to hang up. when I was trying to let her know what my issues were. Also does this Post office and letter carriers have no dress code? I hope the Inspector Generals Office will be more helpful than the RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Shelby Post Office
