And I get it the holidays are busy and people suck and are rude. But you applied and got a job doing customer service work! I just heard an employee tell a customer " that is the wrong packaging and we will throw it in the trash". When the customer said " hey thanks I messed that up " . The employee replied with " uh huh ". Not your welcome, my pleasure, happy to help, hey thats what I am paid to do, just " uh huh" basically grunting at someone. Also over this holiday season I have heard multiple times " we dont get paid for these amazon returns" or " that is just a burden" someone somewhere @UPS down the line gets paid or else it wouldn't be there. So maybe if they got a raise they wouldn't hate their job so much, and not be so unhappy. Or just redo the staff.
