After a lot of fruitless frustrating phone calls, I decided to contact our PO in Sharpsburg. I talked to Jeanette, who jumped on it right away. She promised she would do her best to find some sort of resolution. The next day, there was a knock on our door, it was Jeanette, she drove to Rocky Mount on her lunch break and picked up all 10 packages and personally delivered them to us. Customer service is so rare these days, but we appreciate it so very much!
