- BBBradSep 15, 20251.0I filled out a form telling them to hold my mail for a week. I got home and saw they didn’t listen and delivered my mail even tho they weren’t supposed to. Also the Post Office lost my package that was over $20, when asked about it, their response was “don’t have it here and don’t know what happened to it”. Awful Post Office with many issues over the last few years.
- KGKevin GodwinSep 13, 20251.0I came in the Tuesday after Labor Day to speak to the Postmaster regarding an issue with the Seaside Office and Dakota said he was on vacation. I the asked whom is taking his place and he said a lady's name, I forget the name, and I said can I speak with her and he said she was out bit would be back. I asked Dakota to take my name and number as this has been an ongoing issue with the Seaside Office for years. He wrote it down on a sticky note. I'm still waiting on that phone call 2 weeks later. I'm still waiting in a phone call from the Postmaster from 5 months ago as well. It seems the postal service in this area is beyond lacking in providing service of any sorts. I have such a disdain for these two branches that I'm at the point now of just filing a complaint with the Postal Inspector to find out where my missing mail and packages are?

I seen the driver but I knew something was off when I did not see my package. My notifications let me know when and where it was delivered but when I went outside to look in my mailbox, nothing was there. I hope this will be the first and last time of this happening. Luckily, my neighbor gave me my items.
