When I visited this location to drop the package off, I was told I had to pay five dollars to shrink Wrap the item because the box was damaged. The box was received from Amazon like this and this should not be a charged to the customer but a transaction between UPS and Amazon. I expressed my frustration to the girls at the counter and They informed me my only option was to contact Amazon to ask for a refund. Terrible customer service and will not return to this location.
