- KBKatie BecknerOct 19, 20231.0The blonde haired, older lady working the post office yesterday morning did not greet me, did not smile, and did not give me any information that I asked for. She did not have any of the supplies that I needed such as packing paper, bubble wrap, or shipping boxes. She was rude and refused to look up shipping prices for me. She acted almost like I was bothering her by coming inside for help. I ended up going all the way into Statesville to get the help I needed. The post office in Statesville was much more friendly, helpful and accommodating. I will never go back to Scotts post office and they are within walking distance to my home. Wish I could give them 0 stars.
