Be mindful there was a long line. There were a lot of people there at the moment when the lady made a comment saying that I was wasting too much tape. She responded with “ Next night next time other customers ask for tape, I’m gonna have to say no cause you use yo much tape. I just thought this was so unprofessional to say these things out loud in front of other customers. If that wasn’t enough, another guy that works there as well tall guy who has been there a couple years made the same comment. “Oh, this is too much tape for the package. This was so embarrassing to experience in front of a lot of people so unprofessional I really do hope the Post Office highest people were committed to serve customers and that give excellent customer service.

Lady at the counter is more interested in her phone and acts like I’m inconveniencing her by showing up. She tells me that they don’t have “walk in hours” and they cannot change the website. Disappointed. The least you can do is update your website to reflect that you don’t even offer the service before people waste their time and gas.
