    “The computers are down”. We hear this a lot after driving 20 mins to get to this store. Starting to believe it’s a lie to cover for something else

    Very bad customer service, they will just simply not listen to you and will try to sell you box or tape for very minor or small fix. No thank you it would be 14.99$ for a piece or paper and tape.

    Went in for 40 color prints. The total came out to over $90 and when I said that was too much and needed to lower the quantity I was pretty much told tough luck and that they were already printing. I’ve had the same thing printed at other ups stores with much better service.

    Generally very helpful and efficient with handling packages and Amazon returns. I also used them for sending documents out to be shredded. However, I've since been notified that specific personally identifiable information was found on the dark web, and it could only have come from documents I sent for shredding from this store.
