- APAshlee PalmeroFeb 17, 20261.0For the second time in a month ( 2 different deliveries) my certified mail isn't getting delivered. I keep getting pink slip saying attempted, however I have a ring camera and im always home with my baby. Doorbell never rings and there's never any attempt. Just received a final attempt notice today even though I stopped into post office a few days ago and they told me it will get delivered and to wait since they're backed up due to the recent weather (understandable). My current certified mail is time sensitive, today is the 17th it was out for delivery on the 7th. Roads have been clear and it's just pure laziness to not ring the doorbell for something that requires a signature.

They’ve decided after 30 years that our driveway is too treacherous to make the deliveries (our driveway hasn’t changed at all). So now we’re scrambling to make it to the post office every day to pick up the packages that should be delivered to our door like they’ve always been. Also they are still getting paid for every “delivery” they make through Amazon even though WE are responsible for picking them up ourselves. Amazon sends us a notification that says “delivery attempted. We will try again later”, but USPS didn’t attempt to make the delivery and they don’t intend to - and yet still get paid through Amazon. Today I came to pick up the packages knowing the post office is closed from 1-3pm. I got here at 12:54 and the office is closed. I guess they just close up whenever the hell they feel like it. We will be calling Amazon to tell them what’s happening and writing into congress. This is unacceptable behavior and we will get something done about it.

Why would you work for the post office of all places if you’re afraid of dogs? Have made numerous complaints and nothing has been done about this woman. Never had an issue with this post office before until this mail carrier.
