So I went to a staples this morning, there was a lady with orangish reddish hair already sitting outside( staff member) she rude. She said that the store was open in very rude tone, and I told yea I know the hours because I was going to wait. So she says it again, I said I’m waiting, just like everyone else. And it was early, I really did want to engage with anyone, because like I said I knew the hours. I was 20 mins early. 10:43 to be exact. So I’m walking around to the printers, looking where to go for the email to print, mind I have a foot brace on, she behind the desk helping everyone else, I left a gentlemen go ahead me, I ask her could she assist me with the printers , because I didn’t know you were to get a code to print, she says” I can’t leave my room because I’m waiting for some pick ups and I should focus on pickups, I said that’s not what I’m asking , I was asking what’s the next step for printing, cause I didn’t know you needed a code, so as I’m going to pay for my prints, she behind on the phone laughing because my card declined, because I have it on card control. That is the worst experience I have had I customer service where the staff member was not helpful at all. I honestly think you should find about printing associate, because she’s definitely not customer service material. I also want to leave the smart facial expressions she making as it was very rude , and unprofessional. I work for United postal service and we make everyone is informed about things they don’t know so they can could back again. The date was 3/22/2026 at 10:43. They staff member was wearing a white shirt and jeans. Thank you for viewing my experience.
