I walked in (about 10 minutes before noon, which is when they closed today, which I didn’t know). I asked about their boxes, she replied. Before walking away, she said “if you need me, I’ll be over here”. The only thing is that AS she was saying that, she roped off the line, which I was standing at the end of. So, basically, it was rude and unprofessional, and less than helpful. A waste of my time, and only the second time I’ve tried to use my local USPS. Both times were a waste of my time. Also, there’s a man that works my route, who literally won’t be fired. He never delivers HALF of the mail every time he does the route, and they haven’t fired him after over a year. A GOVERMENT employee!

Although this isn't my local post office, I prefer visiting this one because the staff is consistently friendly and courteous—unlike some other post offices. From the employees at the front desk to the lady at the passport office, You all are outstanding, You are the best!!

Pitiful service to the American people. We deserve better!! 18 mins and counting for 1 letter. Any manager at this location should be fired immediately! This exactly everything people are fed up with in our country. One has to make sure her bose speaker is jamming to awful music before she helps the 13 customers in line. I've never seen a postal work as slow as the guy working beside her. When did the companies ( or people)stop caring about the customers?? I made it out of there in 25 mins for 1 .94$ envelope.

BE WARNED! We had a passport appointment scheduled for today at 11am. We showed up early and asked to be let into the passport office. The employee at the desk just said “Cancelled” in response. We received no notice of this at all, no email, phone call, no communication at all. Terrible communication and customer service, would not recommend this location for getting a passport. Go to the Register of Deeds office of Salisbury instead, they saved the day.
