This exactly everything people are fed up with in our country. One has to make sure her bose speaker is jamming to awful music before she helps the 13 customers in line. I've never seen a postal work as slow as the guy working beside her. When did the companies ( or people)stop caring about the customers?? I made it out of there in 25 mins for 1 .94$ envelope.

The employee at the desk just said “Cancelled” in response. We received no notice of this at all, no email, phone call, no communication at all. Terrible communication and customer service, would not recommend this location for getting a passport. Go to the Register of Deeds office of Salisbury instead, they saved the day.
- HWheather waltersAug 26, 20251.0i was stood outside my apartment and the usps van pulled into the complex, did a loop and turned around. they marked the package as undeliverable and the next morning i went to pick it up from the office instead, and was notified they couldn’t locate it saying it may still be on the truck. they “ attempt delivery " again ( we also have cameras so we can see that they didn’t ) and i received a notification the package was on hold at the office again. they inform me again that they can’t locate the package, and then inform me that they actually returned it to the sender instead. 👋 don’t waste time and money using this joke of a shipping service.
