Having previously held a management role myself, I find it difficult to understand how someone with such consistently dismissive and unprofessional behavior was placed in that position. I’ve personally been to the office three separate times attempting to resolve an ongoing issue with my mail delivery, yet each visit has been met with clear indifference and zero initiative to assist. On the other hand, our delivery driver continues to demonstrate excellent service and professionalism a clear contrast that highlights the gap in effective leadership and customer care at the supervisory level. Accountability seems to be entirely absent in her approach. Instead, she’s quick to fault the driver for every issue, yet the pattern makes it obvious where the true problem originates and it’s not with delivery.
