- RWRuth WFeb 14, 20261.0I’m giving one star because this is now the second time I’ve had to deal with this issue at the Roxboro USPS. Today’s February 14th, and I was expecting two boxes from my mother-in-law for my kids’ Valentine’s surprise. Tracking said delivered to parcel locker at 6:54 a.m., so I drove 10 minutes out of my way. No key in my PO box. Again. Last time this happened, I had to go to the lobby to get the key they should’ve just placed in my box. Now it’s Saturday, and I’ll have to wait until Tuesday for lobby hours (because Monday its closed for presidents day). It’s not that hard to put the key where it belongs. Very frustrating.

I've been getting emails from my USPS stating that I get daily updates show mail that's supposed to get delivered but nothing is for now almost a week.

The employees are helpful and courteous. NOT rude at all! I was in there less than 4 minutes. The inside is CLEAN! Envelopes and mailing items are stocked! Come see for yourself.
