I've finally raised up my hands and let the jurks sue me for not the proper mailing address. I've applied for change of address numerous times and my mail has never been forwarded. They say I need a valid ID which I provided but it never got installed into the system

- JMJohn MaurerNov 19, 20251.0I cannot express enough my ongoing frustration and distress with the USPS carrier assigned to our route in Rougemont. Despite repeated requests, our carrier refuses to bring Certified Mail to our door for signature, causing significant hardship and distress. Due to our medical conditions and disabilities, it is extremely difficult for us to retrieve our mail from the Post Office. The constant need to respond immediately to Certified Mail adds undue stress, and the failure to deliver it directly to our door exacerbates our situation. I have raised this issue with USPS Rougemont on numerous occasions, yet no action has been taken. It seems as though the carrier and the local office have little regard for the needs of customers who rely on dependable mail service. During one visit to the Post Office, I overheard the staff laughing in a group about their refusal to provide this basic service, which only deepens my sense of frustration and helplessness. This lack of service is not only an inconvenience but is causing real emotional and physical distress. I urge you to investigate this matter and ensure that all customers, particularly those with disabilities, are provided with the postal services they are entitled to, including timely and convenient delivery of Certified Mail.
