I read the other reviews and will admit I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect. As soon as I walked into the room I was greeted with a "good morning" and an apology for the line, 2 other people before me. I wish I would have gotten the wonderful lady's name but I did not, she was so pleasant, funny, and helpful. I highly reccomend this post office for your passport needs.

If I could give them a zero star I would.
